Rooibos is my fav
PS. This seems more like a sales pitch for blends of Rooibos in LA than exactly what Rooibos is
Rooibos is delicious, plus its got lotsa antioxidants w/o all the caffeine!
i like both the red and the green rooibos tea. both can be combined with green tea for a good flavor.
I brought a roibos tea naturelle for a week ago. My new fav tea
Jasmine Dragon & Rooibos Tropica (great mix)
I mixed Rooibos with White Tea,,,,,,my gosh that was amazing. A very sweet flavor with the rooibos and a young smooth flavor of the White Tea.
I have a few friends that put milk in there rooibos, but I tried that once and I’m not a big fan of that. I really don’t like to add anything to any tea, I drink it as the leaves intended it to taste. There are a few teas I add milk to Assam is one of them, it fine either way but I don’t mind it with milk.
I want to work in a tea shop but there are no good tea shops in colorado springs……that I know of. We all have coffee shops here and I don’t drink coffee (or I drink very little).
rooibos by itself and hot water is also delicious. it tastes woodsy but sweet even without sugar.
The only problem with adding some milk in any tea or coffee is, that the caseine in milk is avoiding the absortion of the healthy nutritional ingredient, has antioxidant… drink Rooibos or any tea without milk is a lot better, but drinking with milk is ok (haha) its not dangerous
(sorry for my bad english ;p
I have not yet tried rooibos, but I’m considering it! I’ve heard amazing things about it, but if I try it, I’ll try the Wisdom of the Ancients brand. Their rooibos herbal tea is unflavored I would want to know how it REALLY tastes like–and it’s probably more healthy that way, I would guess!
