I drink Chai every day, with a pomergrante juice. I feel the immediate effects from body aches, especially those annoying headaches or neck pain. Within 5 mins’s the pains are gone. I have osteoarthritis in neck area, spine. I think Chai Tea should be promoted more as a healthier alternative to pills.
